Refund Policy

At Zyathi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are granted for our subscription plans and gift purchases.
1. Monthly Subscriptions
Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you retain full access until then.
Refunds:
- Within 7 days of first subscription: Full refund, no questions asked.
- After 7 days: No refund for the current billing cycle; cancellation prevents future charges.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
2. Annual Subscriptions
Cancellation: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the annual period.
Refunds:
- Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund.
- Between 14–30 days: Pro-rated refund for unused months.
- After 30 days: No refund; you retain access for the remaining subscription period.
3. Gift Plans
- Gift Plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the gift code has not been redeemed.
- Once a gift code is redeemed by the recipient, no refund is available.
- If the recipient faces technical issues redeeming the code, contact us within 30 days for assistance.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that significantly impairs your use of Zyathi:
- Report the issue to support@zyathi.com within 72 hours of the issue occurring.
- Our team will investigate and respond within 2 business days.
- If the issue is confirmed on our end and cannot be resolved within 7 days, we will issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
5. Downgrade or Plan Change
- Downgrades (e.g., Family Plan to Her Plan) take effect at the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in the current billing period.
- Upgrades take effect immediately; a pro-rated charge applies for the remainder of the billing cycle.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@zyathi.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Your order or subscription ID (found in your confirmation email)
- Reason for the refund request
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 days to appear in your account.
7. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of violation of our Terms of Use, fraudulent activity or chargebacks, or requests made after the eligible refund window.
