Information You Provide

  • Name, email address, and phone number when you register or join the waitlist
  • Date of birth and age range for personalising your health mode
  • Health data you voluntarily enter: cycle dates, symptoms, mood logs, medication reminders
  • Family member profiles you add under a Family Plan
  • Messages and queries you send to Sakhi AI

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device type, operating system, and browser type
  • Pages visited, features used, and session duration
  • IP address and approximate location (country/state level only)
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see our Cookie Policy)

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and personalise the Zyathi health platform for you
  • To power Sakhi AI responses with contextual health guidance
  • To send reminders, health tips, and product updates via app or WhatsApp
  • To manage your subscription and process payments
  • To improve our platform through aggregated, anonymised analytics
  • To comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations

4. Health Data

Health data is sensitive personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). We treat it with the highest level of care:

  • All health data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3)
  • Health data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers
  • Sakhi AI conversations are not used to train external models without your explicit consent
  • You can delete your health data at any time from your account settings

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only with:

  • Service providers: Cloud hosting, payment processors, and analytics providers bound by data processing agreements
  • Healthcare professionals: Only with your explicit consent during doctor consultation features
  • Legal authorities: When required by Indian law or court order

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights Under DPDPA 2023

  • Right to access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Right to correction: Update inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure: Request deletion of your data
  • Right to grievance redressal: Contact our Data Protection Officer

8. Children's Privacy

Zyathi's Beti Mode serves users aged 13 and above. For users under 18, parental or guardian consent is required. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
